Ok this is a completely new version of my MARK 3, unlike the first Primed suit the molds have been reconstucted so these parts are crisper with new better improvements to the parts, about a 100 changes have been made sense the prototype, so there's always room for improvement.

High impact Styrene and ABS plastic and some fast cast 305 for the somest details.

well that's a perk I imagine but it's a ton lighter then metal full armored suits and with plastics like Poly-carbon based it can be 10 times stronger then tempered steel pound for pound so lexan or poly-carbonate can be 1 tenthed the thickness and weight as steel plating and with stand the same amount of stress and impact quarter inch can stop bullets compared to 2 inches of steel plating but it also doesnt dent up like steel would so it's a better materials and takes about the same amount of heat.

Seems workfull, but it's definetly worth it by seing the final results! Thank you for the informations, looks really nice!
By the way, is that kind of maerial expensive? I'm doing Team Fortress 2's Pyro ([link]) cosplay and I'll make a fire gun and some other stuff, I was wondering if it would cost much to do wih this kind of material.

you could build that pretty easy out of ABS pipes and ABS plastic sheets, the 4x8ft sheet of .160ths runs about $24 bucks and a 8 foot full ABS pipe is about $38 bucks but if you buy if already cut and they charge by the foot i's cheaper and the can get the pipe in as small as 2 inch to and bigg and 5 inch .160ths Lexan is about $90 a sheet but ABS is about half it's strong and about 5 times stronger then steel pound for pound
