Here's a look at a complete MARK 3 suit from the Iron man movie it's been done for awhile I've just been super busy hard to get the time to post be here it is first look enjoy.

More like using cardboard and perhaps some light-up glasses (for underneath the visor). I was thinking of maybe Mark 6 (that's the one with the triagle chest peice right?). I hear Irom Man three is going to have the Iron Patriot suit, and the Extremis armor (I saw the trailer, and these rumors seem to be true).

Yeah the Mark 6 has the triangle unibeam that's my favorite suit design.. I'm in the middle of making that suit... shhhh you didn't hear that from me only a silly rumor.

Yeah the iron patriot in IM3 its just war machines suit repainted and missing the guns god that new mark 8 suit is god awful looks like a power ranger costume after IM2 the suit designs have been getting worse IMO.

Yeah that's the numder 8 they changed the helmet too its got like fangs come off the face plate now.... oh the mark 5 is pretty bad ass short lived but pretty neat scaled look.

You could make it like a jump suit that could fold up into a suitcase but the automatic micro technology just isn't affordable or strong enough to allow the suit to work like in the movie plus it would be a 300 pound suitcase so having Happy walking around with it handcuffed to his arm was far fetched it would need to be on a hand truck in reality.

Guess that's why is just a movie.
